Girl, what are you doing eating BK????? lol.....stop eating there!! if you want something low fat, eat a subway 7 grams of fat sandwich. Try the sliced chicken terriyaki if you like chicken. Or, you could just bring some fruit. Maybe an apple, bannana or an orange.... along with a small tuna sandwich for protein. Its up to you. i don't know what time you normally take you're lunch break, but usually if you go to a deli type of place they do have low fat meals for you to get if you ask them. I havent ate from BK since high school....absolutly horrible for your weight!
