At the same time Rachel, if you do not document it and report it, then a lawyer might have a hard time making your case - if it got that far. Seriously! You have a right not to feel harassed at work. And furthermore, if something worse should happen, then you have proof. I'm certain there are LAWS against companies not taking this stuff seriously.
