1) Intelligent - doesn't have to be a genius, but has to have book and street smarts
Along with intelligence comes the way they handle themselves. I don't like a dumb jock or a cocky business man.
2) Funny - someone who doesn't take things too seriously (yet knows when to be serious) and can laugh at themselves.
3) Honest/Trustworthy - there is nothing worse than a liar because liars are always caught. And along with the honesty, comes the trust because if you can't be honest, how can you be trusted?
