I'm happy that I ate pizza for the first time in about a year and that I didnt' feel guilty for eating it.

I'm happy to be back on track with my eating this morning without feeling like I'm doing "pennance" for yesterday's meals.

I'm happy to be at home in my favorite pajamas, fuzzy slippers, and my hair in a ponytail.
