Slang changes with every generation...

From the west coast, back in my day...

Rest--the implied meaning: usually with the movement of the hand and snapping the fingers...

"You know you have to rest when you with the best..."

Endz--those folks who live at the bottom, just skrait ghetto

Air high--means when the truck's or car's hydraulics get the car in the air...

Jazzed--when someone's a little high and a little drunk

Faded--when they are way passed high and drunk

Rollers--the cops--'cuz they roll all over you--especially up in La Mesa, California...

Onetime--LAPD...

Tubular--like totally... Dude...

May SoCal slangs also come from the mixed cultures like Spanish and English...

Cholla--a chick

Chicka--a chick who's your friend.

Bolada--a girl who's a flirt, etc... In junior high, I got called that all the time...

Then we'd all curse in Spanish... But I will leave that alone
