The above statement is not accurate, but an easy misconception. My Sorority - Sigma Gamma Rho - does have a youth group, known as Rhoers. They are NOT a sorority, although they have their own meetings and such, under the guidance of Sorors.
I don't want to speak for all the other NPHC group, however, I am fairly certain that the other 8 who maintain youth groups do so in a similar fashion.
