Hmmm...sounds like my parents. I'm 23, but they still disapprove of me letting guys cross the threshold of my bedroom because "gentlemen don't belong in a lady's boudoir" (my mom's words). Same goes if I have a young man spend the night...he sleeps in the basement. Oh, yes, the basement. It's furnished, but it's still the basement; whereas, I sleep upstairs on what's effectively the 3rd floor. How's that?
I couldn't believe it when I went to visit my boyfriend's parents' house for the weekend. Not only did they not mind us sleeping in the same room, they pretty much assumed that's the way it would be and insisted that we take
their room because the bed was bigger.

I felt a little, er, weird, but I didn't say anything because I didn't want to seem like a schmuck. But I will draw the line at getting up to, er, antics at a guy's parents' house...that just seems soooooo wrong.
