I spend ridiculous amounts of time watching Food Network. I love Thirty Minute Meals and $40 Dollars A Day, as well as Unwrapped. I also like Food 911. (Am I the only person who thinks Tyler Florence is cute?

I like the one where they talk about cookin as has to do with science, but Alton Brown, the host, just irritates me. It's also an irritating thing in general where they show a host gathering in their "home" with very immaculately dressed and sophisticated group of friends. Puh-leez.
