GNC has a great Atkins store now. THey have a wise variety of items- from candy to muffins, to rolls, to PASTA! I went there and bought a bag of lo-carb pasta. I dont remember the carb content, but a serving has 28g of protein and 8g of fiber!!!!!!

I am making a baked ziti tonight and I won't feel at all guilty about it!

Will let you all know how it tastes.
I saw that! I may have to get one of their gold cards

Let me know how it comes out. My luck with lowcarb pasta hasn't been very good - I can only stomach it if I make mac and cheese (and cheese and cheese) or something similar.

The Atkins lemon poppy seed muffins are yummy

The trick is to make sure the muffins, pasta, candy, etc. are just an occasional treat - and to stay away entirely during induction. Also with the candy, if you eat too much, you may not be leaving the bathroom for a while...
