For Atkins folks:
GNC has a great Atkins store now. THey have a wise variety of items- from candy to muffins, to rolls, to PASTA! I went there and bought a bag of lo-carb pasta. I dont remember the carb content, but a serving has 28g of protein and 8g of fiber!!!!!!
I am making a baked ziti tonight and I won't feel at all guilty about it! 
Will let you all know how it tastes.
