I am with you CT4, there is something about this story that is not right. Ok the parents are stating that the boys were playing to rough. Playing as all young boys will do, but if they were only "playing" why did the police arrest the 13 yr old cousin on
RAPE?!! 
Something definitely is not right with this story, and the mother of little girl had already had her children taken away previously...something just is not right.
