Currently, I'm only on one medication in which I skip kinda often. My goal is to wing myself off of it completely. I've been on it for a while and I'm scared what it might do to me in the long term.

Are you doing this with a doctor's consent/reccomendation? If not I really strongly suggest that you let your doctor know what you're trying to do or it could have serious ramifications.....trust me on this one!!
