Indian (Native American) candy - it's maple cured smoked salmon that's been dried - think sweet salmon jerky.
I've never had it, but it sells like crazy up here.
And Indian (South Asian) food here is FANTASTIC - especially if you go to some fusion Indian restaurants. The traditional stuff is good too.
