That is really sad. My thoughts and prayers are with the McKinney Family and his DX brothers.
What I don't understand is how this officer was able to walk around with a gun but not pepper spray. I know that the spray that they used was harmful too... But wouldn't you think that having a gun is a lot more harmful?
I'm siding with the family on this one. I believe that Duplian should have used any other means necessary to contain McKinney, especially if he didn't have a weapon on him!
