Sigma Alpha Iota indeed takes graduate students!
I didn't actually know this until this year, when two graduate assistants in the music dept approached me and asked about the possibility of rushing, and I found out we could take grad students.
In addition, if a woman didn't join while in college, or if she never went to college, she can certainly be considered for patroness membership.
