Inactive Chapters
Who do you contact if there is inactive chapter in your area? I have contacted the "President" of the chapter, but she has not come through on the promises she has made. Who is above her and how can I contact them???
I am in the Philly area and am trying to get involved in the citywide chapter because my school doesn't have one.
