Hard to comment on her being out of it, undoubtedly alcohol involved and possibly other stuff. You can't see her pupils of course because of the light. She seemed to be uhm, having a good time.  She is in good shape, obviously very slim. Apparently the full version is 45 mins though, this clip was only three minutes. No idea what they might have got up to in the rest of the time.
