Yup.

Sprint last year experienced a historic event for a cell phone company. They had a net loss in customers.

In response they have just about the most aggressive retention department in existance.

My advice is to call and threaten to cancel as soon as your Sprint contract runs out. Before doing so, research all other rates in your area and they will make you a deal that will beat all others (or at least be something you'll be happy with). I can confirm that yes, they can give you 7PM N&W minutes. Just tell them that Cingular said they'd give them to you
