Haven't decided. I'll probably either go to downtown Orlando or South Beach (if I have the money). This year should be fun. NYE 2001, I wasn't 21 and Mr. Angel was so we ended up at the Kappa Sig house instead of partying it up downtown. It was fun but not as much fun as sipping champagne in some downtown building.
Last year, I was on a cruise with my family. So, this year, we plan on making up for the NYEs that we couldn't go out and have a good time!
