I just think you may just have some tag or something on your phone number that when YOU call them, they give you above-excellent service...you have had some really great experiences, LOL!
Oh...just really wanted to say...nothing has changed, I still HATE SPRINT!
The only reason I have stuck with them is because the network is so far-reaching. I don't think I have ever had a dropped call (due to MY service) as much as I am up and down I-95.
