That's not the point that's trying to be made though. We're not saying that people should snoop around.
But if someone comes on and is posting from a certain chapter at your school and starts dissing your sorority/fraternity, you can probably find out who they are pretty easily by their posting style.
We're advocating not that others play detective, but that people be discreet. It's painfully obvious to anyone acquainted with you who you are when you start posting on GC. You don't want 'internet' stuff to become 'real life' stuff.
