As I said in the other thread, I'm all for a GC meet-up in San Diego! I'm centrally located in Clairemont; so I'm good to go for most county areas.
How about somewhere in Mission Valley/Fashion Valley? For example, Trophy's Sports Grill and Bar in Hazard Center. Or, maybe we can go to The Old Town Mexican Cafe in Old Town....something like that.
Since I don't drink alcohol, I'm personally not keen on going to a flat out bar or nightclub. If everyone decides to go to a nightclub, then I'll probably stop by for 5 minutes to say hello and then go home. Sorry.
If everyone is intent on having a party hardy GC gathering, then can I suggest starting out at someplace like Uno Chicago Pizzeria on Mission Blvd. in Pacific Beach? That way, we can have a fun place to hang out to start with; then, people who want to bar hop can carry on down Garnet Ave.
I'm really busy for the next two months' worth of weekends, but I think I can manage any weekday except for Tuesday evenings. I hang out with friends every Tuesday; plus, I am *not* going to miss watching "24"!
Weekends are sorta bad for me right now but individual days may be available depending on when everyone wants to meet.
