Yeah, I saw it the story the next day on The Today Show, couldn't believe it... the shooter shot this lawyer outside of a courthouse because he thought the lawyer was helping a client get money owed to the shooter (?) Is that right? So basically the shooter is shooting him up close and the lawyer is trying to dodge the bullets by hiding and going from left to right behind a tree. It was awful! He survived, and he was in amazingly high spirits too.
ETA: A plain clothes cop tackled the shooter immediately after.
