Did you see the Show about the Phi Delts at Ole Miss earlier this fall? I think it was on Discovery or some similar channel.
That was a very large highly-ranked chapter.
They followed a rushee thru pledgeship and initiation, and although it showed a llittle hazing, it was pretty good.
