I believe Elon has been on the expansion list...BUT...remember that we just closed a chapter at Wake Forest just a handful of years ago. Plus...there is the issue of if there are enough alumnae nearby to serve as advisers. I have NEVER seen a strong chapter that didn't have a strong advisory team.
