After an Atkins crash-and-burn experience (gained it back as fast as I lost it when I slipped and ate a tiny amount of carbs) I decided it was time to get serious about loosing weight for the wedding. I joined Weight Watchers last week. I've lost 5 lbs since starting.
It's retarded easy. You get X points a day. Figure out how many points foods are worth, use your points. You also get 35 flex points to use over the week. Nothing is forbidden; its all in how you want to "spend" your points
It's basically focusing on portion control and filling up on veggies (which are zero point) foods.
I'm 5 lbs lighter and I had pizza for dinner twice last week. Sounds good to me
