Turkey is easy! As long as you have a pan and oven big enough for your bird, throw it in for 4-5 hours, baste as you go and you'll have a great Turkey. Stuffing is a little more complicated, but I think I have a recipe for that somewhere as well.

I'll PM you some good southern recipes that my family usually does for Thanksgiving
