HC with all of the tragedy in my fam, and my husband's fam as of late, I am more thankful than ever to live to see another one?

HC I don't remeber my 19th or 21st birthdays, but I remeber the 20th one?
HC that was over 10 years ago, yet I will always mark that as the birthday from hell?
HC as a "present", my husband agreed to go house hunting with me? (Which he hates, but I love).
HC for once since we've been house hunting ( Started day after Easter 2003) we both saw a house that we love equally?

HC the house was pimped out, but not $514,000.00 worth?
HC I live in like the third or fourth most expensive region in the US?
HC my husband was like, he needs to work some overtime?
