Sleep Disorders...

The falling dream state is thought to occur when there are environmental stressors or drugs interactions in the brain...

The running dreams have something to do with a "nervousness habit"... There is this homeopathic remedy that I heard about, but I do not know its name--I think it is melatonin D???

The recurrent nightmares are something else...

Night terrors are nightmares one has no idea why they are scared. This person usually will vocalize his or her fright in a form of a shriek...

Spirally may be a vestibular issue or an inner ear problem...

Insomnia is another issue...

Some correction can be done by modifying the light exposure within the room. It should be as minimal light as possible with the most about a "fresh air" available. And it should be somewhat cool because it has been shown that people like to cover up or swaddle.

Snoring may be a eating/drinking issue. Such as eating too late or drinking too much alcohol...

Besides, one ought to minimize his or her caffiene intact if there are sleep problems. Such as do not drink coffee 4-5 hours before bed. Drink a soothing drink, like milk that has tryptophan in it that can put one to sleep... If one cannot drink milk, drink water...

And sound needs to be what is called "white noise" such as a "fan whirr" or "motorized low decibeled hum". If one cannot handle that, it is better to not have any sound at all...

And sleep times should be consistent. Wild dreaming might be a result of not having consistent sleep and waking times... Like some folks have different body clocks--like chemistries are different--so wouldn't one think that the sleep and awake patterns would be the same...

Good night...
