www.alphadeltapi.org, and click on Sisters at the bottom. You should have a copy of your Adelphean with you, because you need the code above your name on the address label - 000-0000 (it's your chapter number and your initiation number). The instructions will walk you through your first registration, and you will give a password.
Afterwards, simply click on Pride Online, then Forums (or wherever you'd like to go).
Remember, if you're using a public computer, be SURE to log out when you're done!!!!
