I think The Cure gave us some good music in the 90's. But their heyday was definetly in the 80's.
I agree the Smiths were 80's. Morissey had a good release in the early 90's. (Very dissapointing concert though
, he didn't play any old stuff.)
I loved the Smiths!
Edited to add: I love this thread. It also reminds me that a lot of these great bands played LOLLAPALOOZA. I forgot how great the 90's were.
