Okay, I was talking to one of TKE209's bro's today along with his fiance (a fellow Sweetheart) when the topic of being pinned and etc came up.
I was under the impression that if you are made into a Sweetheart (by pinning) and you break up, you are no longer a Sweetheart. So, you also lose the "letter wearing" priviledges and all. Heck even TKE209 thought this way, because personally if we would break up I would feel weird wearing "his" letters
But, it was told to me today, that even if the relationship fails you are still a TKE Sweetheart and still hold the "priviledges" of it. He told me that once back in the day that an alumni turned in his letters but his girlfriend was still a Sweetheart and could attend functions.
I'm confused, please be kind and give me your insight.
