Wow is alll I can say after reading that transcript -- and I'm one who basically sides with Shaq on this. Kobe does make some points about teamwork, but I think he, maybe unwittingly by his go-it-alone actions, puts some of his guys off.
As for Abaici: "You can put me out there with Shaq and I'll do a little something."
