I have to believe that, just like anyone else being extended a bid, the entire chapter would have to vote on someone going through COR. It only makes sense.

It just seemed to me that some people were assuming the process was the same?
And I don't like giving PNMs any sort of false ideas about what might be going on during recruitment. Didn't mean to upset anyone...
