Lori offered to organize the squirrels, since no one else offered....
Here is the tentative plan. If there are no changes to the rules, I will start a new thread so the rules, and Lori's email will be posted at the top.

Okay, I read through last year’s thread, and taking suggestions from that this is what I came up with. This is open to review and revisions, just let me know
Send an email to Lori at (will provide) and include the following information:
GreekChat User Name
Real & Full Name
Mailing Address
Phone Number (for shipping purposes)
Lori will assign each of us a squirrel and email us their information. Easy!
If you need any additional information or need to contact a squirrel just email Lori.
Lori will distribute your secret squirrel on Sunday, November 2nd. So anyone who wants to play needs to have emailed Lori her information by Saturday, November 1st.
Anyone who didn’t get to reply or any new Alpha Gam GC’ers who want to participate after this date, email Lori and she will get you paired up as squirrels become available.
Financial Limitations: $20 or less. (Unless you really really want to spend more.) Remember, it's the thought and fun that counts! (copied from Lynn’s post last year)
All squirrels should try to send/receive their gifts between December 1st and December 12th. Then we can all reveal and gossip all weekend long!!
