32 New Chapters or Colonies?
According to the NPC site there are 32 new chapters or colonies, but they don't list them and I don't know what the date was for the 32 (meaning I don't know what the time frame was).

So I was wondering if you know of a colony or new chapter that has been established during the last year. If they are colonizing next spring please tell us Spring 2004 or something...
