the cat is offically my roomates unless something were to happen where he could not take him or some other circumstance. and i did get in conact with my landlord. the shelter where we got him from required a copy of the lease before we could adpot him. all my bases were covered. my roommate is my best friend too so we made sure everything was talked about before we started looking.
