Patagonias isn't there anymore, that was one of my favorites - it was Soho lounge or something stupid last time I was there boo hoo on that. The Tap is a must for sure - Pat Green used to play there before he became a bigtime singer. There is a club over in that same center and I for the life of my can't remember what its called - if its even still there! I do remember getting sick from all the tin foil crap on the walls with the lasers bouncing off of them.....woooo lot going on in there. Oh, behind the tap a couple of blocks is greek row if you wanted to see the houses
P.O.E.T.S is a billiards place that was a good place to hang out too when I was there - but you have to like pool. I'm probably naming places that aren't even there anymore!
They won't let you live the city limits until you can sing at least one Pat Green, Cory Morrow, Merle Haggard, David Allen Coe, and/or Willie Nelson song
I can suggest some great ones if you like.
Also, I don't think you'll have a problem with the age thing, if you are with 21 and up usually they'll mark you as such - just be smart. Not condoning underage drinking! Keep in mind though you won't have to drink to have fun down there - just relax, kick back and take it all in.
