ok first of all - you can't move when you are THAT pregnant so how in the hell did she get into those boots let alone that dress??
second - if she just ran off, then why did she take her cell phone? just in case she fell down the stairs and went into labor during a thunderstorm
third - if this baby has a heart defect, then unless there are medical staff she is planning to call in there as well, that baby as a slim to none chance of being born and then being transported alive.

I just got done telling my girlfriends that Carly's pregnancy has been the only soap opera pregnancy I have seen in awhile that was a least done in real time somewhat (ie: Alexis's pregnancy where from conception to baby in the NICU was I think 4 months
