I assume you mean Delta Sigma Theta? First of all, which administrators have you contacted? Your first contact should be the Dean of Student Life and/or the Director of Student Actvities/Organizations. In addition, you should contact DST national office http://www.dst1913.org for information about how they can work with you to bring a chapter to your campus. Most likely they will put you in touch with alumnae in your area and they can advise you and interact with school administrators.

Also, there is a DST forum on Greek Chat, but you must register to participate in the forum.
