Our chapter had notes from the Lion, Violet, Pi and Diamond Sisters given to the new initiates on the days leading up to initiation (e.g. Violet sis would give her note on Black <> ceremony, Lion at Blue & White Day, Pi and Diamond sister on initiation day)
I think I like the idea of all the sisters writing notes of congratulations to all the new initiates, but in a large chapter, that would be A LOT of writing!
