Well shoot...

This is more like what I am talking about... I like the way this diet is being described... I guess the people that I have known on the Atkins have tried to maintain the 2 week induction for the whole time. I believe the diet you guys are describing, is close to how I like to live and eat on a normal basis. See, I would not have recieved a reaction from most of you unless I took an opposing standpoint... I like the fact that you are including whole grains, vegetables, and an occasional treat (or cheat.) Really though, It sounds pretty good. I guess if you maintain a diet like that, and work out, you can afford to eat a sweet or carb here and there and not fret about it. I like what I am hearing.

I know this is not a thread about exercise, but I feel it is an integral part of a healthy diet. I guess the key is balance and moderation... Atkins is NOT anorexia, I just likened the mindset... or what I thought the mindset was before my Atkins awakening...

You gotta love a good argument...
