So I don't know what made me think of my favorite movie scene, but I just did, and sure enough there was a thread about favorite movie scenes...
Real Genius: (my all-time favorite) The popcorn scene at the end, just because I LOVE popcorn. Basically popcorn explodes all over this guy's house and all the neighbors are playing in it and eating it. And it's one of my favorite movies.
Some Kind of Wonderful: The end when Lea Thompson (Amanda) says she wants to stand on her own and gives Eric Stoltz (Keith) the diamond earrings back so that he can run after Mary Stuart Masterson (Watts) and give them to her... and he holds her up and spins her around and they kiss... and he gives her the earrings and she puts them on and he's like, "You look good wearing my future." (sigh)
Rudy: When Sean Astin (Rudy) is sitting on that bench and he's reading his acceptance letter to Notre Dame... I cry with him every time.
Sixteen Candles: I know it's been said before, but I love the scene at the end when all the cars drive off and Sam sees Jake standing at his car in front of the church.
