I hope you have better luck with WW! It's a good system too, and does a lot in terms of teaching people about portion control and moderation. I would suggest doing a lot of reading up on the system, etc. first though, because you apparently yo-yoed on this diet previously (lost the weight, gained it back) and you don't want to spend your money on something that won't have long term results.
I didn't pay for any one diet plan when I lost my weight, what worked was reading about ALL of them, and trying to push it into something that could work for my life.
And being active. Really, really active.
Are you working out? Because it is much easier to say no to cheesecake when you know it will sabotage that hour of work you just put in on cardio!
Don't stop posting about your progress.

As me for and ATKINS...I GIVE UP!! I'm joining Weight Watchers. I've lost a lot of weight with WW before. Those who are still on Atkins, continue with the updates, as I continue with mine as well. Y'all, I have to loose (sp?!) 25 lbs. by Feb. My brother is getting married to my LS. See, they were suppose to get married in June, but they got pregnant, so it has jacked things up for E'RYBODY!!! I'm teasing. But, I do need skrength to loose this weight!
