Fa real doe, Miss Cleo and dem are probably a little pressed for additional callers and are using an automatic dialer. Automatic dialers can be programed to generate random numbers. They know they have a "live" one when there is a conection longer than a few seconds. I think you should be able to block their number or something. Call your phone company to verify!
