Well, how do you like it? I've been subbing since January, and I must admit that I wanted to quit after spending the first day with a group of 5th graders straight from Hades. But it gets better, don't worry!
You've got middle school, so that's not bad at all. My advice is to stay away from elementary--not only is it about as mentally stimulating as watching grass grow (in my opinion), those kids will chew you up and spit you out. You wouldn't think it, but they can and they will. Middle school and high school are GREAT, though--have fun!
