Sad, but true. On the other hand, if you intervene, you risk getting stabbed, hurt, maimed, shot, or sticking yourself with some druggie's HIV+ needle. I'm not saying that it's right, I'm just saying that it's reality.
However, I have to say that all of these news stories are an OUTRAGE!!!
