OH Amanda,
I have so been there and understand how you're feeling. I'm sending you Hugs, prayers, and lots of positive thoughts that you're going to get through this.
My suggestions to you - Cry, Scream, punch a pillow that is resting on a bed (so you don't break your hand) and cry some more. The crying will really help and has the added benefit of draining you so much that you may be able to sleep.
Then call your friends/sisters and ask them to help keep you busy and depending on how you feel - tell them not to say anything bad about the guy. That no matter what you did love him and had to have had good times to have stayed with him for two years.
Most of all remember there isn't anything you did - for whatever reason you two grew apart - his reasons just made it easier to justify to himself and you why he's breaking up.
Then cry some more and know that there are lots of sisters out here keeping you in their thoughts and wishing they could be there for you physically.
Carolyn
p.s. I know this doesn't help know but all my friends that had "bad" break up the next guy they started dating they married
