yeah, I never found out why either St Elmos got shut down, I never got to go in the house when they lived there. The sig Ep house now is gorgeous.
and yeah, i remember when they had the fire violations, the TKEs and Phi Taus were homeless for a while- remember those T-shirts, hehe
