I was initiated in PAD last year, we had over 100 new initiates. (Im in the william Patterson chapter, and our chapter is supposedly pretty good- im not super active though). I actually think the Justice had a microphone, now that I think of it... we were in a huge room and we didnt have any hearing problems... to be honest, I dont remember much of the ritual, I just remember being annoyed that our membership card had sponsors on it
